Lauren has an Associates degree in Dance Technology, Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance and a Masters degree in Physical Education. She is currently based in Oceanside, CA and is a certified 500 E-RYT with Yoga Alliance. She received her 200 hr level 1 Hatha instruction from Byron Yoga Centre in Australia and her 300hr training from Cloud Nine Yoga in Kauai. She is a Stand Up Paddle Yoga Master Instructor, and has received continuing education in Advanced Thai Yoga Massage, and Reflexology. She is a full time teacher at High School, teaching PE- Yoga & Dance courses, as well as International Baccalaureate Dance. In addition, she is an associate faculty member at MiraCosta College Kinesiology, Health and Nutrition Program. She is the founder of Namaste SUP a free global community that brings stand up paddle yoga enthusiasts from around the world together. She has been a Wanderlust SUP Yoga Presenter at Squaw Valley and Whistler.
